Located on the South Devon Coast the Washington suite at the Langstone Cliff Hotel is fronted by the Conservatory which looks down over the hotel Lawns to the Exe estuary and the English Channel.

This is the latest addition to the Langstone Cliff Hotel and consists of up to four interconnecting rooms attached to the front of the washington suite.

Each section may be divided from it's neighbour using a sound proof moveable wall to give excellent flexibility. All four sections have movable glass partitions seperating them from the Washington Suite.

All four sections have external doors with the first section being able to open 2.0m x 3.0m (hxw) to enable large objects, cars etc access to the Washington Suite.
